In embracing our queerness and standing up against stigma, discrimination & the violations we go through, together with the rest of the world, we commemorated this years IDAHOBIT in a ‘swahili’ themed culture and a candle lit session to remember members of our SOGIE community ….
being aware of the corona virus, we still managed to conduct our monthly micro-planing meeting though we conducted it differently this time, with full precaution, we managed to place a bucket of clean water and handwash soap at the entrance gate, hand sanitizers at the safe space(main venue) and the sitting position was ensured to be 1 meter away.
